THE TABLE / Hida Karamatsu x White Steel
A table with a simple and modern design that combines the top plate of Karamatsu from Hida in northern Gifu prefecture with white iron legs.
Kanamono's "Hida Karamatsu" is made with "Habahagi method"1 from solid larch wood, and is a luxurious top plate where you can fully feel the texture of solid larch.
Characterized by fine and beautiful grain, strong and clear annual rings are born from "eye of winter" which are the lines of annual rings that grew during the cold winter.
Beautiful Karamatsu matches with white legs. The result is a neat and clean table. Recommended for those who want a bright tone in the space.

さらに「素材感を活かす」＋「お手入れが簡単」であることも考えて、数十種類の塗装をテスト。 かなでもの としての意匠を満たす、最適な塗装方法（ウレタンニス塗装・マットクリア）を採用しています。
マットな質感と天然木の風合いがマッチした、 かなでもの が自信をもってお届けするこだわりの天板です。
お手入れが簡単です。
テーブルを長く使い続けていただきたいという想いから、日頃のお手入れが簡単な天板に仕上げています。普段は、柔らかい布で、乾拭きしていただければ十分。 かなでもの の天板は、ウレタンニスを2重塗布しているので、液体が木材に染み込みにくい仕様になっています。

は、安心してテーブルを使えることを第一に考え、一般財団法人ボーケン品質評価機構による「JIS S 1205」という耐荷重試験を実施。
「杉無垢材 アイアン脚 テーブルの天板（幅 1800 × 奥行 800 mm）に、1.5kgの重りを等分布で合計216kg載せ、7日間放置する」 という試験内容において、合格しております。
